How long does launch take?
A single Shopify or POS store is usually days, not months. Multi-banner groups use a sandbox, then production, on the Scale plan.
Can we keep the points members already have?
Yes. We import balances and tiers before go-live so the floor team is not explaining a reset.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Growth and Scale include WhatsApp campaigns and balance checks. Starter is email plus the store.
What if we already have Shopify or WooCommerce?
That is the normal path. Boneify sits on the order flow. Members still check out where they always did.
